Butternut squash is high in antioxidant which protects the collagen and elasticity of the skin cells in result slows the aging process. Remember some natural ingredients like butternut squash won’t be in some commercial products, because the ingredients may not be suitable for long-term shelf life. That is why it’s vital to reap the nutritional benefits of this vegetable by making your own mask.

You need: Oatmeal, Lemon juice and Butternut Squash

1. Cook butternut squash or you can even use canned
2. Put some cooked squash in the blender
3. Mix equal amounts of oatmeal and squash and some lemon juice
4. Apply, lay down, relax and enjoy for 30 minutes

Put extra squash into reusable container and store in the fridge and repeat in couple of days.
